Gender wage ratios for full-time year-round workers range from .68 for older advanced-degree holders to .85 for young high school dropouts.

  2. If you have not done so, I urge you to review the Consad Report which gives you a breakdown of how these gender gaps work. It was commissioned by the government and goes into detail, breaking down wages, professions, hours worked, etc. We need truth in this subject if we are to succeed in breaking through the special interest that has been more successful in spreading information than the government itself.
