It is noteworthy that FBI crime reports still use the language “forcible rape,” which of course implies that not all rape is forcible.
Yes. In the law, statutory rape is not forcible, and it is not included in these statistics.
That’s usually intended to distinguish it from “statutory rape” as i understand it – i.e. to young to consent.
(Incidentally, in cases of statutory rape victims have been compelled by US courts to later pay their rapists).
